At Beauverly, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene reasons, certain beauty products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
